Age requirement

You must be 21 or older to purchase from this site. Our products are novelty glassware and apparel, not intended for use with any controlled substance, and are sold for legal purposes only.

Orders and payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your card details. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully charged; we'll email you a confirmation with your order number.

Pricing and availability

We try to keep prices and stock levels accurate, but mistakes happen — if an item's price or availability changes before your order is confirmed, we'll contact you before charging you anything different than what you agreed to.

Returns

See our FAQ for the current returns policy. Glass items must arrive undamaged to qualify for a return.

Limitation of liability

Products are sold as-is. We're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
